Locking Topics?

I try to not lock topics unless there is seriously rule breaking, flaming ect., in it.







If its off-topic i just post a note saying lets try get back on topic.

Posting a note if the forum gets off topic, and they should be locked and moved to a private forum if flaming or trolling occurs.
