Yeah, it's always good to be able to speak to staff quickly, assuming they are online. It's also good for a group meeting with more than one staff.

I have some of the staff on MSN, but not all of them use it, y'know? So we communicate by forum

I don't have my staff MSN addresses yet. I will once my forum get more active.

I have everything. Since I use pidgin, I don't really favour any IM client. I do also have Skype and use it separately.
