Need advice about Starting Business & vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite

vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite It's new and I'm not sure that it's good or not, but think at some point before that because prices may go up?
What do you think?
But I'm not sure that the license period and finished it, where it is not shown on this site (Software site I mean)...

I like the vbulletin suite a lot!
I'd setup a site right now if I had the time

You can purchase a vBulletin lifetime license ($0 yearly fee) or to buy a standard IPB license (around $30 yearly fee). VB has an annual fee if you want upgrades. It's not needed to maintain the license you owned.
