Staff is not paid on our forum. They love their jobs and don't want to be paid.

I haven't, but it gives you the right to request more of your staff which is good.

It depends on the job in question. Money tends to make staff more active.

With my new site i need a hand with doing the packages, So ive taken on someone to help with the posting He gets a small % of what i get on completion of a package
