help me solving this. I tried to install phpbb3 as its a free forum. Though the installation steps are going fine, its popping out an error at the final stage. Showing that I must Change writing permissions. I checked it with my hosting and I could not find an option for this.

What interface does your hosting company offer you? cPanel or something similar?
What is the exact error message?
I have checked it with the hosting panel, but could not find what was wrong.
Am using parallels plesk panel. The error Messages showing was something like unable to write on the folder, please change the permission.
I contacted the hosting company regarding this. Waiting for their reply now.
Goto the File Manager for your specific domain and follow the following to apply the needed permissions:
