Requirements to become staff

Do you have any post/time requirements for staff members. I don't at the moment because it's not viable for the first month or two of the forum opening, though I may add them in the future.

I think that they can be ok at times but sometime they can just be annoying.

Staff need to be very trustworthy, and active, having a post/time limit is a good way of knowing just how active a member is. I find it a good way to HELP pick out possible staff, but this should not be the only thing you base your staff off of.
