Forum Admin Gets Suspended Sentence for Not Deleting Offensive Posts
I was a bit shocked reading this. Please share some of the things we have to/( we must) take care of while we own a forum..
Is it useless placing a disclaimer in the forum saying that am not liable for anything that has contributed by a user??
Is it legal hosting the forum outside the country? Will it give any advantages..
Do share..guys...
If you have good money and good lawyer with you that you must not have any problem . because you have mentioned that users can move forward on their own response but many times media give too much coverage to such case and then it because to hard to provide any relief to accuser .Quote:
