    My staffs never brake the rules or else they will face consequences.

    We have a rule that all staffs are to keep a User bar, but many prefer not to, but i just ignore theme and I add to them myself, if the staff is a constant rule breaker, then I would just kick him off from my team!

    We have an excellent staff and I don't know of any serious rule breaking.
