Site is not loading for me at the moment, I have actually had better results (growth/no. of posts) using edited-free templates than with paid templates.

I pay a designer to do up my vbulletin sites, but my phpfox I do all myself, I have bought 1 theme and am changing that at the moment. But I do prefer to have someone do the work for me. I really dont have the time to muck around with different designs unfortunately, would love to be able to do more. But no time.

Also banners I usually source out. Plus you get some great ideas as different people can take an idea you have and just go crazy, depending on the site of course.
