I agree with you, ProBoards is the worst forum software there is. One of the reason I hate ProBoards is that they look so boxy looking and have ads all over. There are very few ProBoards owners that make their forum look attractive bout other them those all them look ugly. Even if I do hate ProBoards with passion I have do have a little respect to it because ProBoards did introduce the world of forums to me.

Agree with Coppa. Proboards looks very unprofessional and unatrractive. Though I don't know which is the worst

They make SMF look bad, which is a shame, because SMF really has evolved since the YaBB days and Proboards has not. I'm not much of a fan of the forced ads anyway.

The boxed layout, the Habbo squared writing, the forced ads, the search bar, just doesn't work. Although ProBoards was an all right software to start out for me.

I agree that it's probably a good forum to start out on, but not the best to stick with. Never used it to be honest, but have spent time on it looking at it and what not, but not something I would use.

Most sites do, or at least should lol. Not sure what the ToS has to do with this. Usually their all the same anyways heh. Specifically the content, forum use, etc etc.
