About LinkBacksMost I think use a portal Mod. There are some portal mods out there, not sure which one is the best. But we CF will not use a portal for our frontpage but something else. What do you use or will use in time for your site ?

HH has a SimplePortal. I use it for welcoming guests, stats, recent posts/topics etc.

I use a homepage but i am working on making a major improvement on it. At the moment it is very simple and boring but i plan to make it more lively.
