Thread: Own Content Vs Aggregated Content

I found interesting that now the search engines give superior or same weight (depending of the articles source) to webmasters using the aggregated content on their sites.

So tell me why it is important to have your own unique contents on your site, when you can avoid all the inconvenients and copy contents from article directories with the link source?
