This might sound harsher than I intend it to, but, if you don't know what topics to focus on, why run the blog? :O
You'll notice that the others said to write about whatever you know the most about. Nobody in particular threw out a topic, because as the "expert" on your blog you should know what your base topics are.
If you think it has too many topics, you probably didn't construct your blog around a particular purpose.
In the event you're just stuck - ask your readers what they want to know more about. Your readership are a part of the community, and I'm sure they have questions. Go to your comments and see what topics you can cover for future posts.
