Yes, I am looking for 100 Twitter accounts. However, you will not need to create 100 e-mail accounts. You can use services like QuickInbox. Twitter does not require you active the account via e-mail. Just enter in something random@quickinbox.com.

For example, if the username is bob3919 you can use the e-mail bob3919@quickinbox.com on the registration form. No need to actually check the inbox though
