$5 Contest to spot a football

Hello guys

Please let me know if this is allowed or not because I thought it is.

As you can see I have a blog in 'Recent Blog'. I am running a contest to spot a football from the picture. All you have to do is go there and guess where the original spot of that football.
The winner will get $5

Contest Started: March 12th.
Contest Ends: March 20th.

So, how is the winner selected? Is it the first person to give the right answer? Is it randomly selected out of all the people who pick the right answer?
