I want to know the uses of Building Directories.

If we promote the directory in a good way,how much revenue can we expect per month?

Yeah of course you can make revenue from your directory too..But it may take some time to make your directory popular and get some good impressions..but than the other websites this may get much traffic i think..all the very best...

in short we can say that directory can pass good revenue if directory have good pagerank.
becaz if you think to get paid from advertising or from adsense then you are wrong. maximum people who is come to directory is profession directory submitter or webmaster and then know that this is advertisement.

and the feature listing is the only source to get paid from directories so only pr directories can pass $$ juice to you. so try to make quality directories if you really want to earn from that.

Hey Arun, If you want to make directory then go for a niche special directory, this will not only help you secure a premium position for your directory but even ensure quality traffic as well as easy to secure a high PR..

Adsense and site links are other ways to generate revenue from directories.
