It may be difficult for us to find the all in one list of high PR directories. While searching i found one website and thought that it will be good to share here.
All the directories here have at least PR5. I will be posting other information when i get. For now have a look here : http://greatdirectories.org/free.html
Also, i request you to share your list if you have one.
