Good discussion fellows!
I think it goes both ways with directory submitters, manual and automated. If you're a directory owner you can see the referring source. But it's kinda tricky sometimes.
The most important part is to know to which directories to submit, the write-up, keywords, etc. How do you deal with that? Do you give them your directory list in advance or allow them to use their own inventory? How about paid directories? do they pay out of their pocket first, then get reimbursed because I ain't giving no body no credit card?
Would love to hear your feedback...Cheers
They usually have their own Lists which are widely available over internet i.e. vilesilencer and others (Forgot rest of them lol)

Though you have to pay them in advance (depends ) and almost no on takes credit cards (easy chargebacks). So you should not be worried about giving out your CC info
PS: I'm thinking to hire 10 people myself and make some money here at NB :D
