I think
Dmoz , yahoo directory and wiki is famous directory ....

Wiki is not a web directory. Yahoo is still good and most likely always will be, but dmoz has fallen from grace as far as I am concerned. There are tons of high quality directories out there, it is not always about the page rank.

My directory is the best!!!

Dmoz is a pile of crap---nobody approve the sites.

With DMOZ effectively dead, it seems that BOTW is king!

there are lot,

dmoz -- i dont like, waiting waiting and only waiting
yahoo -- take lot of money to add site

but there are lot of other free directory with high pr.




will sir, what about that we also start a best webdirectory.

Joeant.com is not very famous but certainly the good with high PR. Also free (you have to become editor for submit the site)

Librarians' Internet Index is a high quality PR8 directory. They do not accept sites that are strictly commercial.
