    is it okay to submit link to a lower pr directory?
    sya i have a pr3 site and i submit my url to a pr1 or pr 2 directory, can it degrade my site's pr?

    Its not going to degrade your page rank, go ahead and do it.

    Who knows, that directory might go to a higher PR in a few months. Then you will be glad that your submitted.

    Do it. Backlink is a backlink and you don't know how big this directory is going to be. I suggest you to do it.

    No it won't. It will even help a small bit because its still a back link as long as the directory page its shown on is indexed in google (many directories just have main category pages, or their index page and a few sub pages indexed)

    Low Pr Directory is not effect. It is helpful to increase backlink.

    and high Pr directory Not approve faster they are west your time. but low pr directory Approve faster & quick.

    So don't worry submit your site in lots of directories.

    The PR of a general directory really only matters for the crawl frequency.
