I'm not really sure what to use the domain for at the moment

I thought of URL Shortener as well, but those aren't entirely profitable.
I mean, they could be - but you won't be making anything significant.

As for 1ll = ill, I thought of that too. :P But I couldn't think of a site to go with it.

This is a strange domain. :P Keep me updated.

I would suggest having a health related blog on it if you are not going for URL-shortner.

Sounds an idea, but would the '1' instead of an 'i' be bad or..? , have you seen any other websites that use a number instead of letter.

Personally, I haven't seen any such websites which use number instead of a letter of a word.
But their are sites which use 2 instead of two.

I have seen 4 used for A. 3 used for E and a few more but haven't come across 1 as I as of yet. You can be the first to try, but i'd say to brainstorm and come up with something different rather than a proxy or health related site
