    Aged domains and the value

Here are some arguments in favor of aged domains:

    1) They are usually favored by the search engines.
    2) Acts as a tie-breaker in SERP considering other factors are equal.
    3) Some people say that aged domains spend little time in sandbox.
    4) Stagnant aged domains can quickly "come out of the dust" than newly registered domains.

What are your arguments in favor of or against aged domain names?

It has been proved that aged domains are more effective than newer ones. They rank higher is SERPS more easily compared to new domains.

I know someone who is an absolute SEO expert and he always makes his clients buy aged domains and he gets them to rank 1st in Google for EXTREMELY competitive keywords really quickly.
