the $1000, $1500 or $2500 plan is used for domains that make the cut from the "quick start-up" round

domains that begin to show potential down the road, in other words, start ranking for dozens of the targeted keywords and the traffic actually converts into $$$

...that is when the real works begins

development is a long term play and there is no out-of-the-box solution for a few hundred bucks

we are not in 2002 anymore... and if it were that easy, we would all be millionaires

it involves;

endless search engine optimization, in building a "trusted" profile and establishing yourself with the engines for good

optimizing conversion rates as far as monetization goes.. lots of experimenting

consistent updates with relevant content

...etc

that is how you run a successful website and make the most of what you got, if you are serious about what you do
