What do you guys think about Domain Mass Development.
At first look, this seems like a far better alternative to domain parking.

I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.
Looks interesting. If you try it out, tell me how it goes.

yeah there are lots of similar services now.
However these are usually small 5 pages sites with crappy articles and no links.
So they hardly earn anything - the niches are rarely good either.

^--- we offer 2 plans a "quick start-up" and a new one we recently introduced which includes up-to 30 articles and 5 videos for only $2,500 and more "advanced" services as well.

^--- our clients who do affiliate content integration earn 10x more than with parking
the niches are rarely good either.
^--- we develop those domains that the clients provide, and any niche is good niche so long as there is enough people searching for something within that niche

hello Mike,
Before you start such a project for a customer, do you have an idea about the potential revenue the network should create? In other words, how can a customer make a sound decision to invest in your development program?
cheers
a lot of variables come into play when you are developing networks and there isn't one simple or more general answer to your question
we evaluate each project individually and provide a hassle free consultation to all clients interested in mass developing
...but a sound decision would be to develop the com/net/org exact match keyword domain if it is of commercial nature
parking it = waste of time and opportunities
development = you tap into the REAL potential of what the domain truly offers + creation of lots of opportunities; organic traffic, creative monetization, etc.

I challenge you to provide an actual example like that (and don't say you can't because of privacy or nda..)
Development is the way to go and this is a great service people provide for those who know nothing about building sites. But lets be reasonable, unless it's an excellent keyword targeted affiliate domain which was very poorly monetized with parking (and that's rarely the case) you can't expect the revenue to increase fast. Development is a long term endeavor and very few domains people hold can be used successfully for affiliate sites. What aff offers are you going to use for geo domains?
I think I might try Come's Wordpress Niche Blog Creation Service instead.
Betting $77 on developing a domain seems a lot safer than betting $2,500. If the sites do well, I can always upgrade to the $2,500 package later.

Yes Melissa, that's the way I see it.
I have quite a few sites atm and had many experiences with them; from $100 sites (initial cost) turning into $100+ per month sites to $1000 sites making $5 per month.
I don't think anything justifies $2500 for 30 pages; I'd rather spend $2000 in a very good exact match domain and another $500 or even $5000 developing it than wasting $2500 in something I'm not sure it'll ever make any money.![]()
