I would get a Godaddy Premium Domain Appraisal. This is going to give you the best non bias opinion.

Then I would turn around and sell it.

The real problem with this domain is that I can't stand Apple products, so I want it out of my inventory as soon as possible.

It's a nice domain, but I don't think you should try to expand on it and make a website out of it. It would stuck to spend money + time on a website and then Apple decides to confiscate it.

That's exactly why you need to stay away from TM domains.

They could also sue you.

Estibot is useless it said miamibeachvacationpackages.net is worth $1000 some how I don't think it is anywhere close.

As for the $20k+ appraisal for the domain, I have to LOL.

Risky domain with a limited shelf life. No where near that amount. (not to mention it's .org)

I'd sell it at any decent offer as fast as I could.

The iPhone is loosing ground constantly to new competition, especially from RIM/Blackberry and Sprint has launched a super aggressive marketing campaign for the Pre that will get a nice chunk of people.

It's still useless, and I can't find an appropriate appraisal from it; the fact that sometimes it might return "decent" results doesn't mean you can apply the same criteria to the next name and find something close to reality.

If indeed the .net on a term getting 8k searches monthly in G helps you reach the top 5 with a site that you build, the value is definitely there.
