I don't believe for a second that ALL one word domains are taken. Surely there are some relics out there that haven't been discovered yet?

Anyway, if (by some miracle) that is the case, check out the internet forums. There are some people on there who don't realise how much their domain is actually worth and therefore sell it really cheap. Take 'Vibrators.com' for example - a company paid a million dollars for that, but if it'd sold on a forum it would have gone for a couple of thousand dollars AT THE VERY MOST. ;p

Haha, i just thinking, how if 5-6 years ago (when flipping domain is not popular), i buy a domain and save it for next 2-3 years. Maybe i'm already become millionaire at this time. I regret it

I believe in building my own brand, I'd never go overboard and pay over the top for others' domain name

Interesting point, but I can't help thinking that if I had thousands to spend, a good domain would be one of the first things I looked to buy. I mean, if you can get a really good domain, it's going to be brandable, short and easy to remember anyway, so I reckon it's worth the investment.

So, the most important thing here is, we must always take attention and do action immediately if there is a chance.
Anyway, my president election is hold every 4 years. And as i'm said, pemiluindonesia2009.com is already sold on high price. But do you know, when i try to buy pemiluindonesia2013 or pemiluindonesia2017.com, it's already sold and unavailable? I think there is already a people smart in catching chance, since their are know that domain will be in high price on 2013 and 2017

Just to second Simon's words: mitochondrian.com, as for an example, is not taken yet, and it's a 'one-word' domain all right. :P

Definately. If you find a good domain that's available... buy it! Chances are that within a few days, or even hours, someone else will snap it up, so you have to get in there first.
