    Arrow Godaddy Questions

    Hey all,
I have a few questions relating to Godaddy about domains.

    1) After i've bought a domain, after how many days can i sell it off to some1 else? Are there any restrictions?
    2) About Parking a Domain:
    a) Are there any charges
    b) What is the minimum payout threshold?
    c) Is Paypal an option for cashouts?
    3) For transferring a domain to another Godaddy account, what are the charges?
    4) If some1 transfers their domain to my account, do i have to pay any transfer charges?
    5) How much time does it take for the 'whois' information to be updated after a successful transfer?

    Thanks

Transfers require 60 days, regardless of your registrar. Pushing the domain to another GoDaddy account can be done at any time.

    2) About Parking a Domain:

You can probably find some sort of domain parking service on Google. However, with GoDaddy there is a fee - a large enough fee to make it useless unless you're pulling in a ton of traffic. I don't have specific information, so I recommend checking their site.

    3) For transferring a domain to another Godaddy account, what are the charges?
There are no charges for this service.

    4) If some1 transfers their domain to my account, do i have to pay any transfer charges?
No. When transferring a domain from another registrar, the transferer pays the fees. When the domain is being pushed to another GoDaddy account, there are no fees - period.

    5) How much time does it take for the 'whois' information to be updated after a successful transfer?
    Almost instantly.

    Thanks Kovich.
But, whats the difference between 'Transfer' and 'Push' as mentioned in the above quoted text?

Transfer means to take a domain name and move it to another registrar.

Push means to take a domain name and move it to another account on the same registrar.
