How much is destinyislands.com Valued or Worth?

I have owned the domain destinyislands.com for a good 2 or 3 years now, and I know it contains 2 pretty popular keywords (destiny and islands). I'm sure it must have a decent value for it's style, so what do you guys think about my domain?

The domain alone would go for about $20 or less, due to its age.

With content, it might go for a bit more. If the site has revenue, it will really help

I think I may just try and build up the site the best that I can, gaining tons of traffic and content, and then sell it to a company or group of people looking to invest in a gaming social networking site. I'm sure if I play my cards right and keep working at it I could net a decent $10 or $20 grand for it!

10, 000? That sure is a hefty sum of money. You need to make sure you keep track of your revenue and stats. When the time comes to sell it, you can show some proof.

This was one mistake I made. I had a site making $70, but did not track any stats. Ended up selling it for $350, but could have made more.

Let's say the site ends up with 70,000 registered users, on average 40-50k pageviews daily. I don't think this is out of the realm of possibility with my website, it would just take a decent amount of work. Growing even farther from there, I could actually be making a pretty nice amount of money from PPC or CPM on the site, so I really don't have a plan to sell it...

I'm just trying to figure out a nice estimation of what the site may be worth, but I could be shooting a bit high with my appraisal.

Your estimate is unrealistic, unless you put a lot of work into building the site. As a general rule, a site is worth ten times the average monthly revenue. Proven, documented traffic and income is what drives the price.

Valuate estimates the domain's value at $400.

It's a nice name, but for what exactly? Some sort of tropical hotel resort?

I'd say Regfee if undeveloped, if you're really really lucky you can get $20 for it.

Sounds nice but not worth much (20$) unless developed.

No keyword power here either. Having two popular keywords (unrelated and unsearched for as a combo) doesn't count (Almost like sexmileycyrus.com).
