Hello guys,
I was unsure what to do today when I saw these 2 domains avaliable.
bands.cd - Pertaining to bands and Compact Discs
rates.cd - Pertaining to bank rates for Certificates of Deposites
I had no clue why they were not registered, so I bought them.
$75 each.
I know they are not .com but there is some domain hacking going on.
What are your thoughts?
What are bands related to CDs?
Oh, good question. I meant bands and like the albums the create to put on CDs.
Could be worth something. Who knows, maybe I just wasted $150.

"Cool" domain names like this are always a gamble. You could win huge -- if you find the right buyer. If not, you generally lose your entire investment.
You might email potential buyers in both niches and see if you can create some interest?
Exactly. I put bands.cd up on Sedo yesterday. I figured if no one on there will by it no will else will. Well kind of. But we will see I will keep it updated.
If anything I have some cool proxy names..lol
