Major League Baseball bought rockies.com for $1.2 million. This is a record for sports domains.

The most Major League Baseball had ever paid for a domain name was $200,000 for angels.com

Inflation.
Or someone who would not release a domain unless he/she got some big bucks.

Suddenly wishing I'd had a little more foresight a decade and change back.

That's six of us.

Odd, I just regged a domain.
Nice domain.

And found out that I had owned this domain back in 2009!
And sold it.

And another directory I sold way back when and it is still live on the net.
But, the links and banners have never been changed!
So they all are my links and affiliate links.
Which begs the question, how come I aint making money?

Wow that is some good money. Wish I would find a deal like that.

I wonder if anything other then .com will be worth money someday?
