Well, some people just buy domains to sell again.. so they aren't really 'managing' them.. I mean, my friend owns a bit over 3500 domains, but there are months that he doesn't think about them, than he gets the bills for all domains and than he starts selling some for high-xxx or low-xxxx (or more sometimes) and than all bills are paid again so

I have 6 domains. 3 of them are parked and and 3 are developed.

Just a question here, say I have abc domain and my actual website is xyz. I redirect abc to xyz, will this will help abc getting some PR?

Yes, but I think it's not worth since it's fake pr.

I have 50+. 80% of them are parked and planning to start some blog network on them. But its really hard to manage 30 blogs if you have not enough money to spend on them.

as nessie said it will help you in getting fake pr which is as good as having pr0 so better donot forward them all rather you can do some link building for those domains by spending a little time and who knows if you get some valid pr for those domains

i have seen many people who create hundreds of general blogs and post the same content on them all just by spinning the articles by using article rewriters and then they start selling blog posts for all those hundreds of blogs for good amount

It's surprising that the buyers don't check the posts out with Copyscape before they buy them.
I have 10 domains, they are all functioning websites, none parked, this is about as much as I can handle.
There's a line of thought that it's better to have a few websites that you can handle rather than hundreds that you can't handle.

Except if you're a big domain owner, if you have 2500 domains in things like this:
Computer.com
Internet.com
Website.com
Money.com
Owned.com
Freebies.com

Than you can have thousands of 1-word-domains, you'll be sure you will earn tons of money with them
