Well, at least it looks cool imho.

.la is the first icann approved regional tld (Los Angeles)

OOO is a triple repeat, triple premium, triple vowel with 50 Million G results.

Do you have any idea on the value of it?

Is that your domain or are you just asking its value?
Its agreat domain, once .la domains get used up, your domain would be worth something. However, if you promote a site with, you can get some good traffic, visitors love those type of domains.
