Political Domain Names
A recent article from the NYT discusses how politicians are not aware of their online identities and many of the domains redirect to their opponents.
Someone was able to sell Forbes2000.com to Steve Forbes, the presidential candidate, for more than $10,000
It makes me think that there could be some good domains available for the 2012 election cycle.
And they can't take them away because their name isn't trademarked right? :p
50/50 that you could lose the name in arbitration.

like the domain Nissan.com is own by Mr Nissan but Nissan corp try to get it back :)
The real difference seems to be that the conservatives buy something that someone else owns the rights to, while the liberals use the legal system to try to take it away.
Moral of the story: register names of conservatives unless you want to enrich your attorney.
