Theoretically no, worst case they can take away the domain from you for having incorrect whois data. But in practice it's extremely rare and there are tons of domains with outdated data, or just some crap like this "dummy..." and many with not working emails too, maximum they can send you a bunch of emails and ask you to put your real data etc.

Well, if anything that may be "cheap" for that name...

First check out the average CPC charged to advertisers...ranges from high xx to xxx...

Then, depending on how much affiliate stuff you do...one of the companies I work with a lot (diff niche) pays 300 USD per lead ...another pays 250...
Very competitive niche though with lots of legal/attorney/lawyer funds involved...

Translation of the words == asbestos damage and associated high dollar lawsuits/settlements.
