funny situation that can go both ways depending on your intentions before purchasing the domain...and if they have grounds to claim you purchased it with the intention of selling it to them later.
If you think they can prove you did, it may be only a matter of time before someone will enlighten them and they may have a good case to win the domain name. In that case I would sell it as soon as can...unless you intend to put up a site that has nothing to do with them...a "template" is not a good excuse.

Thanks we did that already and 'put up a site that is nothing to do with them' and their lawyers are happy with that
But as Shenron pointed out in an earlier post the URL would be easier to buy direct from us, and arguably less money than going through all the process to get the name
