    Redirect non-www to www:

    Code:
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^yourdomain.com [NC]
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.yourdomain.com/$1 [L,R=301]
    Redirect www to non-www:
    Code:
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.yourdomain.com [NC]
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://yourdomain.com/$1 [L,R=301]

I mean, it's no big business site, just my small proxy listing site which is becoming bigger soon enough...

But yeah I would like to get bigger via Search engines too, and that's why I want to know if www.ProxLists.Com OR ProxLists.Com - Working Proxies - Unblocked Proxies - Unblock Myspace (like it is now) makes a difference

Hopefully I can get a good answer

I disagree. I don't think there is a difference one way or the other as long as only one of them is being used. Fixing up the canonical issue in htaccess (and webmaster tools) is needed but if a webmaster chooses to use the URL without the www it isn't going to affect their rankings or results position much.
