Yes I was confused for that, after created thread on it send the request to remove it. Some time it was visible.

It should be fixed now -- but you may have to reload your browsers to notice.

As Kovich stated, it was overwritten during the recent vBulletin upgrade.

I haven't closed Firefox, so it never disappeared for me.
