Unhappy NetBuilders is blocked by my ISP at my apartment

For some damn reason my apartment ISP has NetBuilders blocked. I am not sure why or who exactly my ISP is. Our internet is included in our rent. I'm going to call tomorrow and figure it out, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get on

    That's kinda strange...
Are any other sites blocked? (that you had noticed so far)

The only sites blocked that I know of are tech-faq and netbuilders (Will's server).

I believe it's comcast, but I'm not sure because it comes with my rent. I'm going to call and find out when I get back to school (at home currently).

True. Then again, what's the reasoning behind [ame="http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=39493"]Digital Point Forums[/ame] that was supposed to be lifted ages ago?

I got past the block by connecting to my university through a VPN client. I can now use NetBuilders at my apartment again!

Sounds like Verizon to me. Verizon is nortorius for blocking sites / servers for no damn reason. They blocked my entire server for no reason and I had to fight with them to get it unblocked and they refused to listen cause I wasn't a customer. So I had to get hundreds of Verizion customers to complain to get it off the blacklist.
