Due to habit of give +rep, I have not given thanks to many worthy post, but slowly I have adopt the NB culture!

IMO it is really nice feeling for both the side a win win situation for all!

I try to do so always, but I forget sometimes. I'm used to +rep system (under avatar) and "Thanks" button is a bit out of view on the right side.
