    Question Who to contact on DP?

    Hello,
    Yesterday I've done some business on DP and suddenly I was logged out. Ofcourse I tried to login again with my info but it didn't work..

    Maybe something happened in the past, so I searched my emails for password recoveries -- I opened the most recent email with the latest password and tried that one, but that didn't work neither.

    Than a new password recovery was done, but the system said they couldn't recognize my email adress and that I should contact the administrator (but the /sendmessage.php page is blocked).

    How in the world can I get back to DP to view my new PM's?

    Same problem happened to me yesterday (I was unbanned after six months and forget which email id I was using), luckily I had pw stored.

    I think you may try with your other email id.

    Well, a part of that is the same problem I had -- when I got unbanned, I forgot my password and did a recovery to my email (aquarezz[AT]hotmail.com) and everything went fine.. until yesterday that the password didn't work. But this time the email recovery isn't working neither for my email and I'm sure I haven't changed it

    So there is no other email ID I know of that I could've have used..

    Thanks, some fagget hacked my account and posted several products/services for sale which now leaves me at about 150PM's / Day since the day he created the threads (4 October). I've now emailed everybody saying that my account got hacked and to apologise that I can't give the service they asked for.

    Does somebody know where I can submit that hacker's IP? I'm sure I didn't fill in my info on a phished website, and the password I used was a unique one which I only used on DigitalPoint so...

    you have his IP address? if so, you can contact dp admin so he can ban the IP to prevent any future similar situations
