It's a good idea to get rid of everything. It's like a store putting all the clothes on discount. So that they can clear out the old and bring in the new products that will sell better.

True. Thanks for making it clear . I'm glad these stupid websites I bought will be gone.. there is not a big future for websites about 'Growing Tall' etc

I want to add simply is that goal must be precise and must have a reasonable time to complete it. If you are planing for a tougher Goal then there comes the skilled resources that will make this possible. Usually organizations plan the Goal of tenure 1- 3years durations and conduct the reviews and track progress frequently.

The major goal may have any number of sub goals.

A freelancer needs to define goals in terms of money. The ultimate goal is to make ditch the day job without starving.
