    Mine is:

    If you are not sure you can do a job, then first tell your employer you will get back to him to let him know whether you can perform the task or not. If you are afraid to say "Sorry, this is not my area of expertise" and "try" to make it work and mess things up, things can get very ugly for the both of you.
