Contradiction on forum rules at DP?
I find contradiction on DP forum rules, or not clearly posted. Since I posted some thread to buy Bitcoins.
I understand by this that "money transactions whatsoever of any kind are NOT allowed"
Not allowed: no currency exchanges or money transactions whatsoever of any kind are allowed on Digital Point.
In fact, I don't think any transaction are done at DP. Transactions are made on Paypal, exchanges, google checkout etc...
In the case, it refers to "Making negotiation, announcing the sell or purchase of something". Then, the Buy/Sell/Trade section should be closed down.
I don't understand clearly( or I may not want to understand clearly) I would love that someone could explain in a clear way what they might mean.

They mean those scams where "hey, trade paypal cash for moneybooker cash" etal.
Or those that went "need to trade krona for dollars at paypal"
You see those types of scams all the time.
Trade MB for PP....blah blah blah...

I remember one guy a few years ago scamming several members with that.
