This thread is to discuss physical fitness in general. Weight & resistance training, endurance, combat training, bodybuilding etc. Including the use of supplements and steroids.

My current situation is that I'm ~66KG/145 pounds, 18 years old & into both resistance and endurance training (weights, swimming) & am pursuing Krav Maga. The supplements I use are Optimum ON Whey & BSN No Xplode. I also intend to undergo full military training once I have a certain amount of money stashed away.
