Just switch the company for a more professional one.
You better go elsewhere.... and host your sites with a professional company.
BTW, it was stupid question from your side as well. Hosting is a monthly service, and you can't just pause your account at the half of the month and start it again when you have time... but anyway the support was not kind at all and this is one of the most important key of a hosting company. People should not talk like this to any customer, whatever questions or problems they have...
