How old you are is an important matter. And remember, this is not the way to gain weight.
Agree with you Suman it is not good. Eating 1 KG fries everyday will definitely boost you cholesterol level. There are many healthy weight gain programs. Choose the best for you and update us with the result.
1KG of fries = 2.2 lbs of fries or something like that.
If you did, it would really vary upon which oil it was fried in (ex Peanut Oil, Corn Oil, etc).
If I was forced to, Chick-Fil-A would be my target
Thank you guys for replying and sharing your thoughts. I am 24 years old and my weight is not according to my height. I am 5,11 and my weight is 61. I do not like chicken much so its hard for me to eat 100 grams of it :s
Nobody's mentioned it yet but that would cost A LOT of money. I am going of my experiences in Australia and have note been for about 2 years so this may not be accurate but lets assume McDonald's large fries cost $3, there is about 200g in them (they are pretty light), that means $15 per day on fries (they wouldn't even fill you up (or not me anyway)) so this is ontop of your food budget. This means $450 per month and $5400 per year. And what do you achieve from this? You end up fat, unfit and probably going to have a heart attack very very soon.
