    I wouldn't worry. It looks too spammy and hokey to even sound effective.

    This is so dumb. I mean, you steal a site, then sign up for the same programs the owner signed up and hope your copy will work as well for you as the original owner's?

    Proberly just downloads the site and gives you the html files to place on your server - I think google would suspect it as duplicate content.

    Depends on how strong your domain is though. But the stronger the domain, the more likely the original owner is going to get wind of the theft.
