Thread: What you do to keep yourself fit?

  1. #11
I walks / jogging for about an hour every morning. eerr... yeah nothing else... used to go to a gym but it's a bit costly and time consuming (you know with chit chat and other unrelated activities to gym he he he) so I quit.

    cheers,

I do 12 sun salutations every morning. I got taught how to do them when I stayed in Rotorua with a nithya yoga teacher for approximately 2 weeks.

The Surya Namashkar (sun salutations) is very good, it covers about seven Assans in it.

The Prayanam is for breathing control, if it is proper the system of your body will remain fit.
