I used to walk a lot. But nowadays I don't walk so much anymore. But every time I can, I walk. For example: Instead of taking a buss, I walk.
And when I need to brainstorm something for my internet business (which is more like a hobby. But business just sounds way cooler ), I go to walk. It helps to brainstorm.
I walk a lot and play basket ball when am either upset or happy...
I go to swim regularly, plus some gym now and then. Ohhh and sauna everytime I can! The best is if it is combined with the thermal bath experience, and we have some of the best in the world in Budapest.
I am ektomorf, I can eat whatever I want and how much I want and I cant have more then 65 kg.
I used to run, play basketball and drive a bike, but last 2 years, I dont do anything, I guess it would be wise to start something again...
I play football, so running.. I cycle a lot and that should be it.. I do a lot of drumming too which probably helps too a lil bit
I lift weights, Jiu-Jitsu, Run, Bike, and kayak.
Every Morning - Cycling around the park for 30 minutes.
Tuesday and Thursday - Workout at gym, focusing on dips, pull ups, dead lifts and squats
Saturday and Sunday afternoon - Play football for 2 hours
Believe it or not, I get most of my ideas while doing business in the toilet.
