Based on this, you're going to have to stop offering your plan very shortly. I know that Nathan generally restricts his servers to a few sites each.

New offer! -- I hope this offer isn't as bad as your last.

I'm very afraid by all-unlimited offers.
Most of times, it's a sign of poor quality... so please bring us more informations about your hosting.

What do you need to know?

We colocate our servers in the Burst datacenter pensylvania.

The server is a a dual core running at 6Ghz, 2GB ram, Unmetered 100mbit port.

1 terabyte main drive, 250gb second. We are expanding rapidly and will be purchasing a second server soon enough with better specs.

The server currently hosts around 40 sites, and often uses less than 10% cpu, and 200mb ram.

If you need any more info ask.

My computer that I am running on at the moment is an 2.2GHz AMD Phenom Quad-Core (i.e. 8.8GHz), consists of 4GB of RAM, with a 500GB hard drive. Considering that this is the top of the desktop market, it would be near the bottom of the server market.

My college runs on a total of 45 servers - all of which are better spec'd than my desktop. Some consist of up to 16GB of RAM. They're on a gigabit port, which in NZ, costs thousands.

Their average CPU usage is 3-4%. That's with 200-odd students running off the same server (KPT0) and their Web site. That tells me you have some work to do. The other 44-odd servers are all used as backups or for administration/finance.

I dont want to ruin a thread but I know I was a bit bothered after buying and hassling with nameserver changes and setting up my site for it to go down for almost 40 hours.

I wont hassle setting it back up, wont bother with a refund I will just let it expire. I do wish you the best and hope you make it in the hosting business.

Yea I was annoyed too but I got a refund out of them so we're all square. Although I wouldn't recommend hosting with them to anyone.
